There are six types of Kormas generally prepared in a very mild sauce. Rice is extra. Kormas
Rana’s Garlic Chilli Korma
Cooked with fresh garlic, cream and Rana’s own blend of spices.
Kashmiri Korma
Prepared with a choice of cooked fruits, mango or pineapple or banana in a mild creamy sauce and a touch of coconut.
Mughlai Korma
A rice, mild and creamy dish cooked with egg, fresh cream and topped with flaked almonds.
Ceylonese Korma
Cooked with cream coconut, fresh cream and pureed tomatoes.
Mirchi Korma
A blend of various herbs and spices cooked with fresh cream, green chillies and peppers in a mild sauce
